Polyurethane hose TIMBERDUC PUR 533 AS:
Antistatic, polyurethane hose (PUR hose) for suction and delivery of hard materials such as dust, chips, granules, etc. as well as fumes and liquids, flammable dust and bulk materials, reinforced with spring steel wire firmly embedded in wall.
Wall: permanently antistatic premium polyurethane (Pre-PUR®), resistant to aggressive wood types and wood preservatives.
Wall thickness 0,7 mm.
Properties: For heavy duty; Highly abrasion resistant; Increased pressure and vacuum resistance; Microbe resistant; Good resistance to oil, gasoline and chemicals; Flame-retardant according to: DIN 4102-B1; Permanently antistatic wall: electrical and surface resistance <10⁹ Ω
Application: Suitable for the woodworking and heavy industry for suction and delivery of hard materials such as dust, chips, granules, etc. as well as fumes and liquids, flammable dust and bulk materials; Suitable for delivery of oil, gasoline and chemicals. Suitable for aspiration systems, pellet burners, woodworking machinery, dust collectors, etc.
Temperature range: from -40°C to +90°C; Short time to +125°C.
